Jacket potato

Hi guys can anyone tell me how to work out the points for a jacket potato? I did no but ive forgot I no its something per 50g raw weight.....

Hi,
I just weighed a small potato for you on my ww scales. 151g came in at 3 pp (This potato was raw) remember you need to weigh either raw or cooked, you can't do both ;-)
