    Sick of green and mix2max so thought now this is it, extra easy for good and just hope it comes off as easy lol.

    1st October 2009

    B = 3x ww danish brown bread (HexB), bacon, lettuce, tomato with mayo (0.5)

    L = Pasta, sweetcorn, mushrooms, Cheese (HexA)

    D = 4x asda low fat chipolatas (2), mash (1), gravy (2), swede and carrots, cauliflower and peas

    Snacks = Bacardi (5) mullerlight yoghurt, melon slices

    Syns 10.5 so far

    thanks hun, this week im on budget as no money till monday and only got some melon slices and bananas in till then, but ive up'ed my veggies :D:D and yes its extra light asda mayo same as hellmans cos was using light and more syns :eek:

    Actually enjoyed my food yesterday, heres for another fab day :D

    B = Banana, 3x ww brown danish bread (HexB), egg (0.5), baked beans in tomato sauce, cheese mozzerella (HexA)

    L = Sw Chips, mushy peas, bacon, curry sauce (4), brocolli and cauliflower

    D = Shephards pie with swede and carrots as topping, sw roasties, cauliflower, brocolli, cabbage, petit pois

    Snacks = Melon slices, mullerlight yoghurt, quarterback cheesburger crisps (3.5) bacardi

    Syns = 15 so far

    Week going so well so far should get at least a loss

    B = 2 eggs (omelette), bacon, mushrooms, mozzerella (HexA) with speghitti in tomato sauce

    L = Asda good for you carbonara pasta (2) with sweetcorn

    D = Steak sw chips, mushrooms, peas and cauliflower

    Snacks = Hifi bar (HexB), bacardi (5), mullerlight yoghurt, melon, banana

    Syns 7 so far

    B = Coco pops (5.5) skimmed milk (HexA)

    L = Pasta n sauce leek one (nothing else was at mums)

    D = Pork and stuffing (2), sw roasties, loads carrots and swede

    Snacks = Bacardi 2.5, mullerlight yoghurt, mikado 2, hifa bar (HexB)

    Syns = 11.5
