Woke up this morning with no hangover head - yay. Still a slight twang but not like yesterday :) rock on ketosis :)

aiming for 10 lb in january .
weighed in post christmas at 14 stone 8 lb , that was at starting 2 days ago , hum dinger of a headache today , roll on ketosis :0)
 
It's a week since I weighed myself & I have lost 2lbs. :) However, I put more than that on around Christmas.
