Can someone add me, I'm afraid to mess it up! I want to lose 10lb in January!
 
I am sucking in jan so far eating wise, cus of starting my new job and stuff its all going a bit balls up :( im still trying though, but ive been so tired so not doing a lot of exercise..hopefully when i get into the swing of things, it will get back to normal..but i hope to lose at least these 4lbs this month if i can!!!

It looked fine on my comp but always went weird on phone... hope everyones losses are ok.... Well done to all!!!

Well I put on 2lb... Lost 1 over Christmas so overall gained 1 over Christmas/NY... Disappointed because have been really good for 4 days... But on Monday I was up 9lb so I suppose I have really lost 7lbs so should be pleased... onwards and downwards x
