January Challenge

Well I am dreading Fri. Had so many meals out and Birthdays didn't even count them as it wiuld have been over 100 points?!?! So no points now and lots of walking see if I can reverse some of the damage. So looking for a few lb on this week. Not giving up and doing my normal "oh that's it all ruined now" So Feb I would like to lose 5lb. They would take me to 14.7
