Hi guys!

I've just started Exante today; One Shake down so far!

I'd love to join you on your January Challenge, however I fear that if I get on the scales and see the figure that it will just dishearten me too much when I see how far I have to go. That and the fact that I'll become obsessed with the scales and will be hopping on them 10 times a day!

However I'll be sure to keep an eye on this thread and see how great your all doing with your fantastic weightloss!

Wow, I really thought there was only about three of us on Exante but you're proving me wrong

I'm sure we'll all do this and don't worry about not quite reaching goals, the point of challenges is so that we keep track of what we're weighing and when and if we think we may fall a few lbs short of our goal we can always up the exercise or water a little to help us on our way to target!

Trixie - I understand completely about not wanting to on the scales so how about this... You go by clothes size instead?

Good luck with Exante. I am on week 5 and enjoying it although Christmas was tough. Took a week off and put on 5 lbs!! But it's gone again now and am back on the straight and narrow.
