Anyway, Today Wednesday 25th November - EE

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (B) banana milk (A)

Lunch - Err.... a falafal panini in Starbucks and a gingerbread latte without cream. 68 million syns.

Dinner - Cottage pie with leek and potato topping served with carrots and peas.

Well done! Good work girly, considering the s*d it state of mind you were in. I've been exactly the same - not planning, just winging it and giving in to all sorts of temptations. I blame Aunty Flo and the weather.

Who knows what I'm going to get on the scales tonight-I'm convinced of a gain. I really am!

Better weeks next week for us both eh? Although I am also going to be suffering with the socialising curse...so we'll see!
 
I don't quite know how it happened though Hellie, just one of those things I guess - maybe I wasn't as bad as I thought I'd been??

Anyway, this weekend's social outing has been cancelled and whilst I am disappointed, I can also heave a sigh of relief that I can focus on my food.

Thursday 26th - Green

Breakfast - 2 fried eggs on 2 small toast (B)

Lunch - home made minestrone soup

Dinner - carbonara with bacon (B) and parmesan (A) served with rocket salad

Syns - Hmm..... lots and lots of liquorice allsorts and a slice of crusty white bread with butter. Oh dear. What is wrong with me?? *sobs*

:mad: Well, this morning I threw away the remaining liquorice allsorts. I hate wasting food but I had to do this else I would have eaten them tonight and I feel so rubbish after eating all that sugar last night. My head aches and I feel sluggish.​

So, today WILL be a good day. All of it. I can’t keep eating this rubbish! I’m struggling atm *sobs*​

Friday 27th Green



Breakfast
– sachet of oatsosimple (B) made with water and sweetener and a splash of milk




Lunch

– mixed bean chilli. 2 satsumas. Activia FF yoghurt.



Dinner

– Jacket potato with spicy beans (baked beans with garlic, chilli, paprika and spring onions) with rocket and cheese (A)



Supper

– I will use my second B choice for 6 ryvita crackerbread as scoops in FF cottage cheese.



Syns

– normal size bag of revels 8.5 syns. I'm going to freeze these and savour each and every one!

Okay, not much to write but I need to write it - the weekend - all meals 100% on plan. All snacks, treats, cakes etc 100% off plan.
Bah.
 
Whoops! I like the on plan/off plan balance. Me...all OFF! hehehe...
 
Monday 30th November - EE

Breakfast - sachet oatsosimple (B) with sweetener. Made with water

Lunch - home made minestrone soup, much veggies in there! 2 satsumas, FF yoghurt, banana.

Dinner - cheesey chicken leek and potato pie (bascially cooked chicken with leeks and mash and cheese (A) all mixed together with seasoning, topped with cherry toms and bunged in the oven. Will have this with tinned tomatoes.
 
My dinner last night was so gorgeous, I will make this again. It was such hearty comfort food and I was full up after it!

Tuesday 1st December - WI day - Eeeek!

Brunch - 2 Tesco light choices sausages (2 syns) mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and 3 scrambled eggs with 28g cheese (A) - what a brekky.

Dinner - Pasta carbonara - quick and easy when I get back from fat club :)

I'm expecting at least 1 or 2 on.......
 
As predicted a pound on. Must sort oneself out but we are having a chinese on Friday night and on Saturday we are entertaining friends. Having canapes, 3 courses and cheeseboard and it's not SW friendly food either. Got to make a concerted effort on all other days. I worked out I ate something bad/off plan every day last week and that's not good at all.
 
One on isn't bad at all really *hugs* and you know what to do, dear girl! It won't be easy but you know how to handle it and maintain.

Last week was 'one of those weeks' for us both, it would seem. I am estimating at least one on too, and don't know if I can get my head in the zone again for next week. Will try!
 
Thank you my friend. The week isn't getting off to a good start as I'm out for dinner tonight and it's not good food. Hmm. So that's weds, fri and sat evening off plan.
STS this next week I hope? I only have 2 WI's until Xmas now. Flip flip flippin heck.
 
Morning all, well the morning has got off to a bad start and work is so busy. Bah.

Anyway - yesterday's food

Breakfast - sachet oatsosimple (B)

Lunch - homemade minestrone soup, banana, FF yoghurt

Afternoon snack - half a chicken and mozarella ciabatta my daughter made at school. Yum.

Dinner - gorgeous synful fish pie with peas and carrots. Apple pie and custard. 2 after eight mints. I resisted a mince pie. How good am I? (NOT!)

And today will be good. 100% on plan.

Thursday 3rd December - EE

Breakfast - sachet oatsosimple (B)

Lunch - homemade butternut squash soup, banana, 2 satsumas

Dinner - chicken casserole. chicken, swede, onion, carrot with roast parsnips and roast new potatoes.

Syns - I will have a hot choc (2) and 2 gingernuts (4) and that is it!
 
Friday 4th December

Brunch - 3 Tesco light choices cumberland sausages (3 syns) 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice big toast (B) I'm Stuffed!!!

Dinner - various chinese bits and bobs. I'll have a couple of mini spring rolls and some boiled rice with some of the healthiest options (ie not chicken balls!).

Must try to be good because tomorrow night I'm cooking for friends and it will be B.A.D!!!!
 
It is so hard being on plan when our social life interferes isn't it? You are doing well Jay and as I have said before you are one of the most determined people on here. Hope you had a lovely weekend xx
 
Thanks Girls! I had a lovely weekend, a fantastic meal and food aplenty! Been very good for 2 days (yeah, good isn't it!) and we'll see if that's done any damage limitation tonight. Not hopeful but sts will be good.
Been super busy at work so not had time to get on here and I've been so tired at night too, so just a quick catch up really. Off out in 10 mins to fat club, back later or tomorrow. Byeeeee!
 
Miraculously I lost half a pound! Still currently one and a half above target so not getting under that 10 stone for Christmas now but hey ho, it is what it is and I'll sort it all out in the New Year!
Far too many goodies and treats around at the moment and my will power is not good.
