jelly syn help

hi could someone help me please ive got a single sachet of sugar free jelly which ive made up with a pint of water i looked in my book and it says.
sugar free jelly crystals 11.5g 1.5 syns
sugar free jelly crystals with water 142ml 0.5 syns i'm confused

Because you make up the sachet with 500mls (if I remember rightly) so it is half a syn for 142mls because that it about one third of the full amount.

Okay now I'm confused

Looking at a sachet and it says 8 cals per quarter pint so 32 calories for the full sachet or 1.5 syns as stated

thats great thanks to all ive had it with muller lite in it then set it again and its lovely.

mixed muller lite into it? or just on top??
I had some last week and put an activia FF on top.. nice if you get the combination right..

If you let the jelly set a bit and then whisk in a muller and then put back in the fridge it goes sort of blamongeish! xx

How many syns would be in that? Also how many syns if I mix in fat free fromage frais with sugar free jelly? Thanks.

just whatever the jelly is.. assuming that the muller lite or fromage frais is syn free..

Delicious idea with a Mullerlite in to it!

only a variation on a milk jelly...
carefull what you mix in though as some fruits stop jelly from setting... pineapple is one but I've yet to see a muller lite with pineapple in it..
