Love stir frys! It amazes me how quick the calories add up though I made one last week and it was 700 with noodles sauce and salmon going to have just a veg one next time what was in yours? X

Yeah they really are yum! Think the noodle ones def up the calories.
I just had a premade supermarket stirfry which was beansprouts, shredded carrot, shredded cabbage and water chesnuts then i just added chicken, some soy sauce and honey. Really low cal for what ur getting!

Aw thanks leeanne! Wouldnt say on the ball most of the time lol. Think i just found what works for me. Theres no point in me saying im gona eat a salad 3 times a day to lose weight cus i just wont do it. Instead i have what i fancy as long as its within reason. Hope u find what works 4 u hun.
