Couldnt log in yesterday as didnt have internet.

Bit more than i wanted but shud b back to normal tomorrow.

Oh dear had a bad day today.

Not good. Feel really sick. Think the problem was that i didnt have lunch n felt ravenous when i got home. Dont expect to do well in tomorrows weigh in. Id be delighted to stay the same. Reckon i might gain tho. Wil try not to get disheartened.

The prodigal returns!!
Fell off the wagon massively in october. I could give a sob story of why but there are no excuses really.

Gona be tough getting back into it but here goes. Ill update my weight/statistics etc on monday when iv access to scales.

Iv only now just got new scales! They arrived this morning. Seem pretty accurate. They measure body fat as well.

My stats today are:
Weight: 16 stone 4lb
Fat: 56.7%

So I see from when i last posted i was 15st5lb so I'm now currently 11lb bigger than that :(. No excuses tho-it was all my own fault.
Back to calorie counting now and might incorporate a bit of intermittent fasting. Ill see what suits best.
Gona go back to writing my progress on here.
