Hiya,

I plucked up the courage to walk into a WW class tonight. I get no support from my parents, little from my friends and colleagues, so I figured some help from a group might be what I need.

I have a daily allowance of 41pp ... eek. Sounds like so much! Especially as I eat a lot of Quorn and veggies... but both my parents are increasingly inundated with health problems, and although I'm relatively healthy, I could benefit a great deal from losing several stone.

So here goes nothing....:)
