Jerk Chips Mmm mmmmm

Only a very slight variation on SW chips, I can't really claim it as a recipe of mine!!

Make sw chips as normal, but between drying them off and putting on tray & spraying, sprinkle some Jamaican Jerk seasoning over them and shuffle them about a bit, then do your thing with the fry light as normal.

YUM Very nice with a bit of VLF mayo

Hey, sorry forgot to put the sins on!! (Naughty me!)

It's the Schwartz Jamaican Jerk seasoning, it's 1/2 a sin per tsp, I used about 1/2 a tsp for one person serving.

So not quite free, but very low sin & nice and tasty as a change of chip flavour
