Friday 11th September
Had too many syns yesterday, probably about 25! I know its bad and i should have more willpower but i think i've made up for it today...

Lunch - Low fat thai sweet chilli Supernoodles, Shape fat free yogurt

Tea - Pasta n sauce with 3 grate Babybel lights (HEA)

Snacks - An apple, melon, 4 Oreos (10 syns), chunk of blue cheese (HEB)

Joined my local class last night and i feel like its really going to motivate me into sticking with it. I don't want to go to weigh in and find out each week i've put on due to me being unable to resist that bar of chocolate. It's either a sugar ix or a super slim new me... Hmm... I know what i'd rather choose...

Breakfast - Shape fat free yogurt, 1 Toffee & Pecan hi-fi bar (HEB)

Lunch - Tomato cous cous (1 syn?), Shape fat free yogurt

Tea - Pasta n sauce (1/2 syn) with 3 grated Babybel lights (HEA), sweetcorn, peas and tenderstem broccoli

Snacks - An apple, melon, WW iced strawberry meringue dessert (4 syns), Penguin wafer (4.5 syns)

Yay! I went to the cinema last night and managed to resist the popcorn, my biggest weakness. Nothing better than munching on a big tub of sweet popcorn. But i was good and snacked on my Alpen bars and a penguin. Go me!

Friday 18th September
Went out for a friends birthday meal tonight at a gourmet burger place. I was good and opted to have the salad instead of a bun and chips though the salad had a dressing. I also had a cupcake after. Feel really guilty now. I'm estimating my syns at around 20 but if anyone has any idea how many i've had, please let me know x

Didn't log yesterday as i was having an internet free day lol. I did good and i'm pleased with myself cus i haven't had a pig out yet. I didn't eat any fruit or veg today which is sooo bad but i haven't been shopping. Going on holiday in 5 days and i can not wait! Going to try and be good but still enjoy myself at the same time x

Haven't food logged in yeeeears! Been on holiday and ate way too much. Now it's back on track for me :)

Okay, i'll admit it. I've been very bad this week. I started off okay but then as the week progressed i kind of fell back into old habits. Maybe i'm still in holiday mode (even though i've been back now for a over a week). Being good today although i've already used most of my syns. Going to the hospital tonight for my MRI scan so i'm missing SW weigh in tonight. Hopefully that means by loss will be bigger next week hehe xx
