I bought this DVD on Amazon yesterday after reading your rave reviews ang Googling it.

I did 20 days of this last month, 10 of level 1 and 2. Then gave up because I hadnt lost weight or inches however my stamina definitely improved and I guess I dont have too much weight to lose.
Might try it again now im properly settled on atkins :)

Have done 6 days in last 11 and definitely improving - did some jogging tonight on our walk down the canal and can feel the difference.

Is it 3 lots of 10 days at each level?
