    :D Well I lost 4lbs this week, bringing me to a total of 20lbs in 3 weeks.

    I am so pleased and determined to do this, although I do keep having cravings for raw carrot, bizarre I know but I really fancy something crunchy.:eek:

    If you fancy something crunchy, make some crisps with chicken or Thai chilli pack. Always does the trick for me x

    If you're looking for crunch but don;t like 'cooking' packs, I used to freeze my nut crunches. It's one of those weird things I never really share with people but hey - I really liked it! Also if you freeze toffee bars they take ages to chew which can also help!
