I found that the first 3 days were the worst, not so bad after that, I am on day 16 and it's a lot easier now, just hope it stays like that.
Well done on your decision to lose the weight and just imagine when your ex sees you striding out in your finest 'skinny' clothes, he may have to eat his words

It does easier, once past 3 days and its surprisingly easier.

If I lose 4 pounds next week I will have lost 2 stone in 5 weighs ins. Think about what you will look like and how much extra confidence you will have.

One day at a time and you will be cool.

Thanks again for all the support .... cant wait to knock the smile off that smug b*!$*!*s face. Wouldn't mind but he's 26st and growing!! I'm doing this for me, so sick of all the problems with being overweight .... excited about seeing a whole new me!!
