Extra Easy Joe's Chinese Chicken & Pork

    Got these out of the freezer this morning for tea tonight and wondered how people cook them - can I do it as a stir-fry or does it need cooking differently ?

    I grilled my peppered pork steaks - but just because I wanted to keep as much marinade on them as poss. I think with the chinese one it would be nice in a stirfry as the marinade would be distributed around to the veg and noodles.

    Personally, I didn't like the chinese pork or chicken. The marinade was a bit chalky for me.

    Erm...... I guess that's not a lot of help!!

    i just roasted my chinese chicken off as like stacey i wanted to keep as much maranade on as possible. :)

    we've done them in a stir fry and didn't need any additional sauce....yum
