john west strawberries in fruit juice

    Hi, would anyone know the syn values in a tin of john west strawberries in juice, hoping to mix them with lf fromage frais and white choc options for a pavlova filling.

    Hi, thanks for the reply, yes strawberries are the first ingredient and pear juice is the second and only other.
    Values are as follows per 100g
    50 cal
    protein 0.4g
    carbs 12.0g
    of which sugar 12.0g
    fibre 0.7g
    fat trace

    I had to work it out for 100g as you didn't say how much was in the tin and put 0g fat as you can't enter 'trace' and it came out as 2.5 syns. So just multiply that for each 100g in the tin.
