John West Tuna Infusions

I've been looking high and low for the syn values on John West no drain tuna infusions, the lemon and thyme, soy and ginger and chilli and garlic!

Any help would be great, thank you!

Don't know about syn values as I don't have access to the SW website at the moment, but according to the Tesco website they are between 10 and 14 per cent oil, so as a guess I would say it would be the same as other tuna canned in oil, which is 1 syn per 28g on red and EE, 2.5 on green.

Can't imagine why they call these things "infusions". Don't these people have dictionaries??
