thanks mini & sparkle.I'm in. howdo you do the dates as few of us will haveweigh ins on 1.2.07 & 28.2.07. Can I just use my nearest date?

Jane, I'm sorry I'm not sure what you mean.

My thinking (although if people want to do it differently that's fine) is that your starting weight is the weight you were on your last weigh in, in January. And your weigh days will be as follows:

Monday - 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
Tuesday - 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th
Wednesday - 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
Thursday - 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
Friday - 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd
Saturday - 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th
Sunday - 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th

Have I explained that okay? Or should I come back when I'm awake! ;)

thanks sparkle-thats clear enough for even thickies like me,I'll just waddle of & pop in my start weight,or matbe I entered it when i 'submitted my declaration'. gosh I'm getting pompous, I meant to say 'when I joined'
