Hi everyone - I've just started SW online this week. I'm about half way through my first week and so far so good! Fruit and vegetables are bountiful here so that's not a problem but a lot of other things are not on the syns list and I'm not yet sure how to calculate them. I've not yet been able to find quorn and the energy bars that we can buy here are not on the lists.
