joining monday 15th feb

Well, after reading the magazine for 2 months and lots of research I am taking the plunge. I have decided to join my local group tommorow night, not looking forward to the weigh in but there's no point in delaying the inevitable anymore. I've just done a shop, lots of mullerlight yoghurts, fresh veg and fruit, etc.. I take packed lunches to work, but have access to a microwave so if any body has any lunch time ideas I would love to hear them.
i will be updating my weight after the offical start tommorow!!!!!!!

Good Luck on your first WI tomorrow. I know it was a shocker to see the figures at my first WI, but feels so good to be 2 stone lighter now!
Some ideas for packed lunches : Pasta salad, Stuffed Pita bread, Baked potatoe with filling, Mini Quiches, 3 bean salad?

Good luck & Welcome!! I joined last Wednesday night and my first weigh in is this week. It's a fab plan which I've done before and lost weight. The girls on here are fab so just shout if you get stuck!!

OMG...well I went am 14.8 and i am horrified! But is the realitiy check I needed! so have made pasta n sauce (with water) for lunch, planning a big free breakfast, then free chips with egg, beans. I going to ake it one day at a time. looks like I'm going to have lots of support on here, thanks xxxxx
