If you join gym best only to do resistance training if you're on Sole source as too much cardio can have the opposite effect as on so lil calories and weight loss may slow down. :p

now at my local leasuire center for half the price for twice the facilities, and i'm the thinnest one there, and i'm a size 16/18

I'm at the local gym (fitness first for women). I don't do any cardio instead I use the PowerPlate and Hypoxi. Both are good for muscle buildingand toning the stomach and body.

If you want to tone your body then stick to toning exercises, i.e. sit ups, push ups, brisk walking, weights etc. Don't go hard on yourself and do a full hour on the treadmill.

I'm just doing sit up and crunches at home on my baby belly, I've also had 2 kids and youngest is 16mths. I've found since I've lost weight the skin doesn't sag as much cause not as much fat in it.

I'm going to think realistically... I'll lose the weight before summer, but I don't think I'll be toned properly for another year.

It's not going to hurt going to the gym, just take it easy and don't over do it and make sure to keep your self hydrated.

Water classes would be briliant for helping shed those pounds and improving over all fitness.

    Rowing machine would be helpful.

But remember it's going to need start slow!

Would probably be alright. But be sure to stop if you get dizzy.

Bare in mind you may feel hungry because you'll be burning more calories than normal and more than you'll gain from the Diet.
