after flirting with Lighterlife and Cambridge - I neeed to do it via a more normal method - joined WW online ..... good recipe tips

so it started today : the most random diet ever -

brekkie: 1 weight watchers yogurt/ banana
cup of tea

Lunch: Heinz Soup , cucumber slices , water
or scrambled egg and tomatoes

Tea: Kellogs Brekafast Bar / Tea

Dinner : weightwatchers ready meal thing
a selection Salmon fillet recipe or omelet or lentil soup or Mediterranean vegetable and goats cheese

exercise: - an hours walk a day

First day on it has gone well .........

Day two : - hmmm a clear side effect is sleepynesss I woke up at midday ! midday ! thank goodness im on holiday . slept for 12 hours . hmmm really hungry - might as well skip straight to lunch . ahh should i check my scales ? on the big day 2 have i lost anything.................. ? watch this space hahah ;)
AHH so a very successful first week ................ have lost ! yay - wasnt tooo bad . cutting calories works all thanks to weight watchers - am worried that ill stable off soon though

This week is going to be hard as I go back to work ......... oooooo concentration needs fooood . but will try and prosper and be strong !
