Jordan's Superberry museli

Anyone know if you can have Jordan's Superberry museli as a hexb? I have a box in the cupboard from pre-slimming world and if I can't eat it i might as well give it to someone who can!

Very much doubt it - cereals like that are loaded with salt and suger - meaning high in calories!

Which is why you need to have a ryvita with it to make it a HEb

thank you! Saves wasting it. On a green day I could have 56g of it as my 2 hexb's just to use it up. I hate wasting anything!

Yes I had missed that it says you need 1 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread with it to make it a HEXB Not sure what the difference is between that and regular ryvita as i have never had them.
