L jkt potato, beans, sweetcorn, rocket salad
D salmon, broccoli, carrot, baby corn

Snacks
Apple and nut butter 8 syns
3 ryvitas heb
Tsp green pesto 2 Syns?
Cheese - heb and hea
Grapes
Milk in drinks hea

Ok for day one, think I need to weigh things in future
 
Have you done Mix2Max before? It's an old plan that SW don't advertise any more, now that they've introduced EE.
Having said that I lost a couple of stone on it for my wedding in 2005 - so if it works for you - stick with it. Good luck with your goals.
