I hope day 1 I am doing right so far...

I got up late this morning so didn't add my super free food to breakfast - oops. o_O

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs - 2 large eggs with 50ml whole milk- HEXA, 1/2 tsp light marg, and salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste. Served with half a 71g wholewheat roll - I was going to HEXB that if that works. (.5 syns total)

Lunch: SW Butternut Squash Soup - I used a tsp of extra virgin olive oil in the batch instead of low cal cooking spray so counting 1/2 syn per serve - Other half of wholewheat roll - I was thinking to syn that? And some leftover roast pork with broccoli. (5.5 syns total)

Dinner: Not too sure yet - either Salmon or something chicken based perhaps. I will come back and edit that one. :):)

Snacks: 50ml milk in tea - HEXA
 
I went with salmon for dinner baked with soy and ginger. With brown rice (mixed some coriander with that and a splash of lemon juice for flavour) and brocolli ( I have so much broccoli in the house r.n. haha)

Also adding a grande latte from Starbucks - ss milk - 6 syns

Total syns for the day 11.5

Poached egg on wholemeal toast (HEXB) with mushrooms and spinach - FREE

Lunch
Butternut squash soup - .5 syn
1/2 wholemeal roll - 4 syns
Salmon w/ brown rice and broccoli - FREE

Dinner
Chicken and Mushroom Risotto 1 serve - made with olive oil and wine - 1.5 syns

Snacks
- Leftover roast pork
- 200ml 2% milk - 5 syns
- Starbucks Iced Latte - Used milk as HEXA

Total syns = 12
