Well after trying SW with a friend I am back with WW after 5/6 years.
WW worked really well for me last time but I have put back on all my weight plus more and now need to loose it and keep it off.
I cant really afford to go to classes so me and a friend at school (im a teacher) have decided to do it together with the help of her book and the internet.
We are using the nurses scales as they are accurate and are going to try and keep eachother on track.
Today i have made myself a book which will include a food diary at the front and a weight tracker at the back.

On friday 21st December i break up from school for the christmas hols, this is my cut off point. I want to loose 2 stone before then so i have 10 weeks till then, that means i need to loose 2.8lbs a week - Wish me luck!!!! (everyone needs a challenge, this is a big one for me as i have never really lost more than 1/2lbs a week on SW)
 
Good luck on getting to your goal, i notice you only had 25propoints and then took 10 from your weeklies? The minuim youcan have is 26 a day and you have to use then all before u use your weeklies, how many a day are you on?? X
 
Yep :) food all sounds food in sure you will get to your goal in time for xmas :)

Hey guys just updated my diary - Im doing ok and was very chuffed that i managed to stay in points on the hen party. I also made a good decision of driving so drank diet coke :)
Now i need to find some low point hot chocolate drinks, as the nights are getting colder and colder and they will stop my chocolate cravings :) Oh and the mini gingerbread men from tesco are wonderful for 1pp each

It came up as 4pp on my pointer but i only had less than 1/2 the packet as OH had more and i made it with water. ssshhhh dont tell him lol
