Well after trying SW with a friend I am back with WW after 5/6 years.
WW worked really well for me last time but I have put back on all my weight plus more and now need to loose it and keep it off.
I cant really afford to go to classes so me and a friend at school (im a teacher) have decided to do it together with the help of her book and the internet.
We are using the nurses scales as they are accurate and are going to try and keep eachother on track.
Today i have made myself a book which will include a food diary at the front and a weight tracker at the back.
So
Thursday 11th October 2012 - weight 11st6lbs
Breakfast - Orange
Lunch - Covent Garden Soup 600ml - 6pp
weight watchers bread x2 - 2pp
Tea -Grilled pepper steaks x 2, potato wedges 200g & Veg - 11pp
WW chocolate mouse - 3pp
Dairylea Dunker - 3pp
Total - 25 pp
