ProPoints Vegetarian food diary

Thanks everyone :) Hello Shez, do you have a food diary? :)
Breakfast: Branflakes (6pp)
Lunch: Soup and sandwich (8pp)
Snack: ww dessert pot (2pp). Banana.
Dinner: Toast (3pp) with beans (2pp) egg (2pp) beans (2pp) tomato ketchup (1pp) and tomatoes.
Snack: Crisps (4pp). Tinned fruit.
30/34pp used. 0/49 weeklies.

Thanks everyone :) Erm haven't really stayed on plan sat and sun, was out sunday for a meal (and lots of wine) and can't even begin to point it :( Will just move on from it today and stick to my daily points, as I imagine I have used all my weeklies and more! :( . Fingers crossed for a loss or at least a STS at weigh in tomorrow :) Back on track today lol.

Breakfast: Branflakes (6pp)

Lunch 2 x ww wraps with cheese and quorn slices (9pps)
Snack: Banana

Dinner: quorn sausages (4pp) with chips, (5pp) salad (2pp) and beans (2pp)

Snack: peach and crisps (5pp)

33/35pp :)

Had a sneaky weigh on my own scales before dinner and they say I've put on 2lbs :(

Managed to lose 1.5lbs this week so am really happy considering the food I ate on Sunday!

Snack: jam (1) on toast (3)
Lunch: cheese (2) sandwich (3) and club bar (3). Orange (0)
Dinner: Pasta (9) with homemade sauce - tomatoes, passata, peppers, mushrooms and herbs/spices (0) with a quorn fillet (1)
Snack: creme egg (5) and fruit (0)
33/34pp. Weeklies will start again tomorrow and will have to save them for the weekend as am off work on Saturday (usually work until midnight) so alcohol will probably be involved and may also be taking my mum out for a meal for mothers day on Sunday. Will make sure I do some exercise and try to stay on track and pick healthy options but it is difficult when going out!

Haven't had a chance to get on here the last few days to update but I have been on plan. Have weighin in an hour so fingers crossed that I have lost this week!

Breakfast: Branflakes with milk (8pp)
Snack: club chocolate bar (3pp) and grapes
Lunch: 2 x eggs (4pp) and beans (4pp) on toast (3pp). Ketchup (1pp).
Snack: 2 x rich tea fingers (1pp) crisps (4pp)
Dinner: change of plan ended up having homemade pizza (7) with homemade chips (4) and mayonnaise (2)
Chocolate (6pp) and fruit
47/34pps ended up going over on points but still had 15 weeklies left to use by end of today so I guess its not too bad. Will just start again tomorrow. Still got a week until next weigh in so shouldn't do too much damage...

Thank . Managed to lose 3.5 lbs this week and get my first silver seven :D. Did have too many points today but still had some weeklies left which start again tomorrow so not too bad :) have updated my food diary to add in dinner x
