Started WW 16.11.09 with 14lbs to lose by the 5th January.

Weigh in 1 - 23.11.09 : -3lbs

And because I am a geek and I like my numbers... that's 21% of my first target :)

Not bad for one week!!
 
well done you, I lost 3 pounds in my first week also, so keep it up and you will get there

Thank you, and well done you!! :) I did the fast start, not sure how going up to 26 points per day will have affected me... Soon find out though!!!!

Weigh in 2 - 30.11.09 : -1lb

Not too bad considering I went over my points. Twice. Once by 23 points...

28.5% of my first target gone :)

People are gonna consider home scales are different to WW ones - I know :) I have taken this into consideration, I track my weight on my scales too as well as in class.

If that is right, then that is 71.4% of my 5th January target... Score!

Though... 4 lbs in one week... We'll see...!
