Sts the week - target not met but lost 3 pounds over the month which I am very pleased with. And sts means I am in control for a changex

If I had the 5 weigh ins I would defo meet target but not sure with only 4 .

Its not a competition? so do your target on how much you want to loose yourself in that month once you have worked out how many wi you have to do it in then you can set your personal target.
