Hi,

I am back again for the umpteenth time, but this time I have a goal. My sisters and I are doing a biggest loser challenge. We weighed in a week ago and whoever has lost the greatest percentage between now and when we meet up on Christmas Eve is the winners and collects a significant amount of vouchers.
So if there is a Christmas challenge on these boards I would love to join - otherwise here is one!
I want to lose 25 lbs by then.
I will start off, all others welcome to add them selves in (or please direct me to existing challenge)

Well it was a great plan, I had lost 5lb and was doing great.
Then I went on hols and had a ball!
Currently at -2.0lb and official weigh in is not til Friday so there is some hope.

Well I have put up a pound since last week. Not what I was aiming for!
Will be serious about it this week and stop picking at cakes in work!

Hi, can i join too? I had a bad week food wise last week. Planning on getting back on track and looking to lose 28 lbs by christmas too. I weigh in on Friday's too.

I only just re joined the site 10mins ago, so hello !! :)

Could I join in this please, my weigh ins are on a Monday, so my first is tomorrow, Although I have stuck my weight in my bio from friday, so really only a 3 day loss first week !!

But I would like to lose 24lbs....

Ahhhh nuts lol, that will teach me, on 2 accounts

1) dont weight midweek
2) dont sneak in a sunday night chinese !!

so since friday i put on 2lbs, so even though i lost a lb last week it now feels like a gain !!!

I am however not worried too much as I see my weight loss as long term and really wouldnt do it long term if i were a saint every week....its been 8 months now !!

Chinese has loads of salt your retaining water drink lots 2-3 litre to flush it out
It's the worst takeaway for water retention loads addictives x

Hiya folks, I hope it's okay if I join in- I'm on SW but could really use some extra motivation! I think I'll treat myself to something in the Jan sales if I reach my Christmas target...
Having a horrible week with the flu and about to go weigh in (2 days earlier than normal) so I've probably gained and will have to repost in a few hours :oops:

Half a pound can be seen as a win....if u felt rough then half a pound is nothing....id pile on when im ill....but then im a bloke and when were ill...its much worse !!!

Ah, to have the excuse of manflu...
Thanks for the encouragement, hopefully next week I'll have lost a whole stone just through blowing my nose :D
