July starters!

    Hello guys.
    ive started my calorie counting again today!
    lost 4lb in a week and thought id start slimming world but i found i was putting on more weight :mad:
    so im going back to calorie counting. Fingers crossed i can loose 2 stone!

    I dont have time to do my daily diary but i use my fitness pal every day so if anyone wants to see, its in my bio.
    I will update my weigh in every monday morning, if anyone wants to join my on my journey that would be fab.

    so today ive walked 8596 steps! thats 390 cals burnt! Ive also done my 7 minute workout! :)
