hi ive just got in touch with a cdc and i was told that i could have 2 shakes, small protein meal, and milk added to my cup of tea, which would take me to 4-6 pints of fluid a day.im really having great probs at the moment getting 3-3 1/2 pints of plain water so changeing over might be a good idea.
