Never can get on thurs night spin but this week managed Thurs and Fri. Then...last night as I had been good all day I decided to have a Rivita (like to live dangerously sometimes).

B....y thing broke my crowns..ha ha of course it was the two front ones. So no spin for me ...could do with the tooth fairy.

Will just have to get on my bike instead

thank you got two new shinny teeth and am off for a loooooong walk with hatie my dog and hubby. Early bike ride tomorrow
