Just a question about Lipotrim

Hi Guy's hope someone can help, I was told by the nurse that some people on lipotrim chew sugarfree gum, does this not take you out of ketoses?

no hun sorry u cant chew gum, none at all or mints etc, the chemist to sell little mint breath strips that melt on your tongue, but you can only use those ones not other as they are made for the diet so ive been told, they are nice too
