    Thought id update as ive not really posted for a couple days due to my working weekends. Iwork in a hospital kitchen and thought this would make it hard for me diet wise. Was actually the opposite! By the time lunch time comes i was fed up of the sight of food.

    So i have behaved myself completely and tracked everything. Hopefully will be on track for a good week 1 loss this wednesday. Fingers crossed!

    :cool: I would say that you are well sick of the sight of food. I spent a few weeks in and out of the hospital there over the last few months and I was sick of the sight of the food myself and I wasn't looking at it all day. Hated seeing the menu come round for me to pick my next meal. :eek: Hope you are doing well this week. :)
