    Oh gawd, don't worry, I do stuff like that all the time! :rolleyes: Tasting your cooking is essential and this is very similar, it just won't make that much of a difference, really. My CDC scoffed when I mentioned tiny little bits of food like that. (Just don't do it very often, as that might affect your weight loss.)

    But you musn't mention food in 100%, so this will probably get moved to CD Forum! ;)
