Just Chips!

I've trawled through loads of threads but can't find the answer to ...

How many syns in an average portion of chips as in a pub meal??

All the threads talk about how to avoid them but ... oops, too late! Had chicken skewers & chips at lunch-time (first time in 20 weeks )

Any help would be appreciated

BTW - I'm going to count it as part of a Green day and the chicken will be my HEB as it was very simply grilled.

Would depend on the size of the chicken portion if it was a HEX also, impossible to know the chip score as there is no standard.

You could do extra easy and just syn the oil value?

Once in 20 weeks is very good though - I doubt it will measure on the general scale

They weren't too bad thanks Maximus! Wouldn't rush out and do it every week but now and again won't harm eh?

A friend of mine comes home 3 times a year to the northeast to visit his mother. We meet up and that is the 3 times a year I have "proper" deep fried fish and chips.

The enjoyment is tenfold to the guillt!
