I also started Lipotrim knowing nothing at all about this forum so I understand how you feel. I have just completed 13 weeks 100% and can tell you that weekends suck! They are hard only because our minds are so used to pigging out and relaxing at the weekend, you now have to find a new hobby or something to keep your mind busy instead of having food. For me I really enjoyed taking long baths, seeing friends, going on walks, shopping, watching tv, reading, ANYTHING! Just do everything and anything you can to stop your mind thinking about food, drink as much water as you can and regularly as this keeps hunger pangs at bay. I agree with And on this.. You are wasting your money if you take the approach you have mentioned above and total food replacement should be just that, nothing more or less. If you are struggling come on here for a chat or a look at the inspirational pictures?
If you are still struggling then maybe this diet isn't for you but it would be such a shame to throw all your hard work away now as you have got through the tough bit, your in ketosis now so you shouldn't be feeling hungry? It is totally down to you but just know there are a great network of people on here who are willing to help and support you but we can only do that if you give it your all. If you give up now does that mean you will order a pizza at the weekend or take away? That certainly wont make the weight come off, weekend are always going to be hard.. Just think it over before you make any harsh decisions but as I said I was 100% all the way through and don't believe it's worth having just one meal a day to ruin that routine.
