Extra Easy Just going back on plan

Hi all

Well I stopped smoking (yet again) on Monday and am trying to get back on plan again so the weight doesnt creep back on. I still have a stone to lose since I was last at Slimming World. There are so many changes since I was last there. Can any1 help me with the syn value of Pasta n sauce and the Tesco 1s too. Any help would be greatly appreciated x

how many calories does it contain made as per packed, rule of thumb is 20cals=1syn

Just to let you know this only works if there is no free food allowance. Pasta and sauces have their main ingredient as pasta so they come up lower. Some of the batchelors ones are free due to this x
