just had a horrid though!!

    This will be the first time ill be in ketosis over winter when i start on the 17th november.. brrrrrrr can't imagine how cold its going to be chilly chilly!!

    and dont want to go shopping for winter jumpers as i hate shopping just now :(

    But don't you burn off more calories when it's cold? Fingers crossed eh?

    I'm hoping that the thought of a 'helping hand' towards goal will keep out the winter chills - just picture the lbs as logs being thrown on the fire ....

    Fab idea!! I know I'm going to sound really stupid, but I honestly hadn't thought of those ....!

    It feels extra cosy to huddle around something as well. I'm really obsessed with my late night decaf coffee made with a bit of shake (love vanilla, choc - of course - and butterscotch) - feels like a real treat & warms the cockles too!!! xxx

    I mentioned on another thread that yesterday i bought a VEST dear dear god what has it come to eh!!!!!! I was blimmin freezing in work though so got one for under my tunic sad!!!!

    Hot shakes all the way for me. Had my last cold shake on Monday and it took me 3 hours to feel warm again!

    Dunelm Mill are selling wheat bags for 2.50,for anyone who doesnt know,you bung them in the microwave for a few minutes and they stay warm for about an hour......well mine does,maybe others will be different.

    Im with Francesmag...hot shakes all the way! I like to mix the vanilla and butterscotch with black coffee and pretend im in Starbucks!
