Just had the most filling low point breaskfast

    bought some "proper" wholemeal bread from morrisons yesterday and just thought i'd check the points and its only 1pt a slice, which i think is great for real bread.

    So had 1 slice of that with 25g of ww soft cheese and a spanish omlette with had ham, red onion, spring onion, mushroom and cherry toms and it was so filling and all for 3.5pts.

    it was and really quick and easy too cos i used one of those plastic omlette makers that you stick in the microwave
