THURSDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2016
Red Day

Woke up late this morning, had to run out the door with only a cup of coffee in me. (1 syn)

Dropped son off at school then had breakfast with a friend.

Bacon on toast (1x HEB plus 6 syns)

2x filter coffee milk from HEA, 2 syns
Cup of tea milk from HEA no sugar

DINNER
Didnt have time...:1461: lol

EVENING DINNER
Steak
Carrots
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Sw roasties (138g, could have had 198 but didnt have enough)
1.5 tablespoons pepper sauce from packet mix made up milk HEA. I'd say 0.5 syn would cover it. 4.5 for whole packet exc milk.

2 turkey rashers, 2 eggs, slice of cheese (HEA), spinach and onions.

Cup of tea no sugar milk from HEA

Warm chicken salad (lettuce, cucumber and onions)

Cooked onions

Lime cordial and water

Double egg on 2x Wholemeal toast HEB
Cup of coffee, milk HEA, Sugar (1 syn)

DINNER
Jacket potatoe and cheese (HEA) and salad.

Coffee, milk HEA, Sugar (1 syn)

EVENING DINNER
Sunday dinner...
Roast pork (57g HEB, plus extra 28g 2.5 syns), carrots, cauliflower, broccolli and SW friendly salt and pepper roasties. Also some gravy 1 syn.

It was lovely!

MONDAY 27TH FEBRUARY 2017-RED DAY

Been struggling a bit, trying to get back into it.

BREAKFAST
2 bacon, 2 eggs, slice of cheese (HEA), 2 rounds nimble wholemeal (HEB)

Mid morning with the girls, biscuits were out...Tescos bloody finest. I had 3 small ones, im classing this as syns more likely blown now inc the sugar in coffee so not risking anything else and having diet irn brew.

DINNER
Just chicken.

2 coffees, milk HEA, 2 sugars (2 syns)

EVENING DINNER
Chicken curry no rice.

400g pot of melon.

I have given up meat for lent (chicken, beef, lamb and turkey). Lets see how it goes.

BREAKFAST

Scrambled egg on brown toast (HEB plus 6 syns), quorn sausage and beans

Decaf coffee one sugar milk from HEA (1syn)

LUNCH

Quorn Cottage Pie Frozen (2 Syns...is this right? I am doing old style green day)

Can of diet Irn Bru.

Well, Lent did not do me any favours but I stuck it out and completed it.

I'd never make it as a vegetarian. I think I ate my body weight in cheese. Put majority of what I lost back on so more or less starting again.

I did however lose 3lbs last week which perked me up at bit. :)

Soooooo......

MONDAY 26th JUNE 2017 RED DAY

BREAKFAST

Turkey rashers and egg with slice of cheese (HEA) on small wholemeal roll.

Cup of coffee 1 sugar milk from HEA (1 syn)

2 cups of coffee 1 sugar in each and milk from HEA (2 syns)

DINNER

Went to this clean eating place and had:

Chicken breast, sweet potatoe mash and spinach.

I didnt know sweet potatoe was synned....I think I had about 3 syns worth

Bottle of water.

Oat cookies I made (HEB)

EVENING DINNER

Bacon (gammon) and cabbage.
Aldis gin and tonic ice pop (3 syns)
3 extra oat cookies (3 syns)

EVENING DINNER

This going to be tricky as out with the girls. I am driving so not drinking bit the set menu isnt as friendly as I would like it to be so I am doing damage limitation and have opted for....

Prawns to start without the chilli jam

Spicy chicken pasta (arribatta tomatoe based sauce with chorizo, jalepenos and onions and obvs chicken)

Will have coffee instead of pudding and lime and soda throughout.

Just read thro your diary - I'm thinking of mixing some red and green days with EE - got some good ideas from your thread - thanks!

Thought I would create this, mines probably a little boring and may consist a lot of the same things.

Im old school, I am doing this when you used to be able to have 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs and red/green days.

WEDNESDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2016 - RED DAY

Breakfast

Three Tesco Turkey Rashers
2 Slices Warburton Wholemeal (from 400g loaf)
1 Egg done with two sprays (2 cal spray) sunflower oil
One Slice of cheese (HEA)

Cup of tea no sugar and semi skimmed milk from HEA allowance.

Dinner

Scrambled egg on 2 slices brown toast from morrisons (1 slice of bread HEB, 1 slice of bread 6 syns if memory serves me correctly).

Decaff coffee with semi skimmed milk HEA

320g pot of Morrisons Melon and grapes pot.


Evening Dinner Later on.

2 Tesco turkey breast steaks seasoned with garlic salt and done with 4 squirts 2 cal spray sunflower oil
Some chopped onions thrown in pan with sea salt and black pepper done on low light
Big mixed leaf salad at side with a full red onion chopped

Have also had a small bowl of home made bolognese (no pasta) when I served up my sons dinner.

4 slices thin ham

320g pot melon and grapes. during evening and plenty of water to drink

Im really hungry tonight. This is what happens if I have my carbs too early on.

Gonna try a cup of tea to try and curb it.
I’m trying old school sw always loved the green days as I don’t eat a lot of meat ,,I think I remember most of it ,
