Extra Easy Just joined the gym

Hiya everyone


I've just joined the gym but am worried about what to eat before/after I go. Sometime I will go in the morning before work so about 7am sometimes will be after work about 3pm or in the evening say around 7. But I have no idea what to eat before any of these times that I will go

Can anyone help please
 
I have a banana either just before or after x
 
I agree bannana or apples are good before cause they got sugar in them for energy
 
Thanks for your replies. Is porridge any good?
 
Would be good for energy but might be a bit heavy on your stomach before a workout!
