Just joined WW online - determined!

Hi everyone,

I joined WW online and am intending to start properly on Jan 1st (along with half the world probably lol) so thought I'd pop in and familiarize myself beforehand.

Middle of last year I did Dukan, which really got me to my goal and I managed to stay there, give or take a few pounds, until November. The cold weather combined with lack of exercise and Christmas nights out mean I have put weight back on :(

So I'm now on the hunt for recipes, hints, tips, motivation...pretty much anything!

Roll on 2012 and a thinner me :)

Hi, thanks for the support :) first few days haven't been too bad, although I am struggling to feel full but I'm putting that down to excessive eating over Christmas.

Good luck!!!! Big bowl of fruit for brekkie and 0 PP soup for lunch is one of my tips..... Means I can have a big hearty tea with plenty of points left for a glass of vino or nibbles :)

There are lots of soup recipes on this website for you to check out too :)

If you feel peckish in the day I tend to go for bananas, carrot sticks or Walkers French fries..... Only 2PP's per pack :)
