potoatoe and leek

potatoe and leek sounds yuk but they were ok and it was different god knows what to have for lunch

maybe a soup then some more water

I make chocolate, banana and strawberry crisps. They are like crucnhy biscuits and are yummy! 2 x sweetner tabs crushed up, add the shake and some water, mix to paste and dab onto parchment paper, 1 min in microwave and they are done:) Lovely with a cuppa and feels like you have been naughty. A friend knocked my door just as I had finished a packs worth and asked if I had been baking chocolate cake:cool:

Oh i love the crisps, wouldnt of survived without them i dont think. x
