Im currently on the Extra Easy diet at slimming world and i am looking to start back at the gym tonight. Will this help me loose weight more or not as going to the gym you produce muscle? Helpppp :confused:X
 
Of course it will help, any form of exercise can boost your weight loss. Not only that, but it will tone up your body so that once you do lose weight, things won't be err, saggy. Just be sure to rehydrate yourself with lots of water when/after exercise, and you should be fine.

Also, I think you've posted this in the wrong sub-forum. This is the Food Diaries secton - this thread would have been better off in the "Off Topic" sub-forum, just so you know for future reference.
 
exercise is fantastic for you. when i excercise i find yes i may put on a bit of muscle but i lose fat so my shape changes (for the better) and i get some tone and definition my wobbly bits wobble less try not to get hung up on weight sw is all about healthy diet and lifestyle excercise cant be bad
