I've only had 2 clementines today and I'm full :/
I'm not sure if I should listen to my body and not eat or make myself something to eat, help lol
 
I have just seen this, but then I am not around much these days so sorry for not replying earlier.

In my very humble opinion I think you should eat. If you don't your weight loss will slow down.

You need a good balanced diet which is what SW is. If you are not that hungry make an omelet with lots of tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, whatever you fancy. A saucepan of homemade free soup is a good standby too. Yogurts go down well and are small but full of nutrition.

If I have a day like yours I am always surprised when I make myself eat something at how hungry I really am.
 
Sounds like you're sickening for something, you should feel full after so little normally. I'd keep an eye on it and see a doctor if your appetite doesn't return very soon. Let us know what happens.
