ive heard this is meant to be good.. was thinking about trying it myself! be interesting to know what results people have seen from doing it though x

It's ok, I tend to do a day then miss a day.. I also do 20mins on the cross trainer, 5 times a week.. Got my 4th wi on Mon.. Lost 7lb upto now so it's doin the trick, just taking my time wiv my weight loss x

Seeding generally means it's near completion..
thanks clara..so stupid when it comes to these things. it still seems to be downloading here so i will see how i get on. would it take hours to do i wonder??? i would really love to do this dvd so many people talking bout it and i need some serious toning up to do..holiday in spain in six weeks and the thought of a bikini is horrifying but it isn't stopping me eating crap!!!! i'm in a vicious circle at the minute :(

i got this and i have to say it's a brill workout, i burnt 225 calories in the first session. however i pulled a muscle and haven't been able to do it since, just one of those things.

That's exactly what it is. Its by Jillian Michaels she's one of the trainers from The Biggest Loser. There's three levels, you do each level for 10 days. Started level 1 yesterday and I know its going to make a difference, definitely grab yourself a copy if you can :)
